Promoting Diversity within the Industry

Lindblad Construction has participated in Commonwealth Edison’s CONSTRUCT Infrastructure Academy (CONSTRUCT) program since its inception. CONSTRUCT promotes diversifying the workforce in construction-related jobs in Illinois. Lindblad has sponsored and subsequently hired multiple full-time CONSTRUCT graduates since the program was launched in 2013. Lindblad is also a recipient of the Diversity Advocate Award through Commonwealth Edison.
