Tom Lind

Tom Lind

Owner/Director

Tom has presided over Lindblad Construction since 2000 and has held senior management and ownership positions since 1980. He has over 40 years of experience in project management, estimating, marketing, and subcontract coordination. His areas of expertise include the management of Design/Build projects; pre-engineered metal buildings; and developing new client relations and nurturing already established client connections. Tom received his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Technology from Bradley University.

Mark Stadalsky

Mark Stadalsky

Owner/Director

Mark has been the Vice President of Lindblad Construction since 1989. He has more than 40 years of experience in project management, estimating, marketing and engineering. His skillsets have fostered company growth into new market areas in industrial & utility markets as well as sustained strong client relations for decades. Mark received a Bachelor’s in Architectural Building Construction Engineering Technology from Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Kevin Shoosmith

Kevin Shoosmith

President/CEO

Kevin joined the Lindblad Construction team as Chief Executive Officer in September 2023. He has over 32 years of experience in operational and executive management in civil, underground, gas and power construction, as well as engineering design and project management. His areas of expertise include strategic planning, process and controls and business development. He is a Registered Professional Engineer. Kevin received a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.

Jill Zizzo

Jill Zizzo

Secretary/Treasurer

Jill Zizzo joined the Lindblad team in February 2018. She brings more than 20 years of experience in construction accounting along with extensive knowledge of job costing, the percentage of completion method and financial reporting. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a B​achelor’s Degree in Accountancy in 1997 and was granted the “Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional” designation from the Construction Financial Management Association in 2007.

Scott Batty

Scott Batty

Safety Manager

Scott Batty has worked for Lindblad Construction since 2013; Scott has been Lindblad Safety Manager since 2015. He has over 25 years of expertise in Environment, Health and Safety administration and implementation; program development; and training. Scott Batty received his Master’s Degree in Adult Education from Northern Illinois University.

Dan Lind

Dan Lind

Project Manager

Dan began working at Lindblad Construction as a laborer in the summer of 2006. He continued working at Lindblad during summer & winter breaks from Purdue University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management. After earning his degree, he was hired as a full-time Project Engineer/Assistant Project Manager in 2011. Dan became a Project Manager in 2018 & currently focuses on the utility & power sector.
Brian Long

Brian Long

Senior Project Manager

Brian Long has worked in the construction industry since 1984. He began his career as a carpenter and has joined the Lindblad team in 1999. In 2010, Brian moved from the field into a project management role and is currently a senior project manager. Brian oversees the utility/power sector of the company. His team specializes in self-performance of concrete construction and General Contracting in the utility & power sector.
Lee Bryan

Lee Bryan

Project Manager

Lee brings 35 years of construction experience as a Contract Maintenance Manager, Carpenter Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager to the Lindblad team. He has worked with Lindblad for over 27 years. Lee’s team specializes in renovations; service agreements; general contracting; interior build-outs; metal studs & drywall; and heavy industrial construction. He attributes his success to his loyal clientele, great craftsmen, and owners’ support.

Dan O' Connell

Dan O' Connell

Project Manager

Dan began his career as a union carpenter in 1983. In 2008 he joined the Lindblad team as a General Foreman. Dan became a Project Manager in 2011; his focus at Lindblad has been the promotion of pipeline and refinery construction.
 Steven Stadalsky

Steven Stadalsky

Equipment Manager

Steven began his career with Lindblad Construction by working as a shop-hand during his summer breaks as a teenager. He continued to work for the company while attending technical school before graduating in 2015. During this time, his interest in the construction industry grew. Steven is a union Operator Mechanic and Lindblad’s Equipment Manager. His expertise includes equipment purchases, sales, maintenance, and logistics within Lindblad’s fleet.

Pete Valek has more than 30 years of construction experience and has worked with Lindblad for over 20 years. He has worked as a skilled craftsman, Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager. Pete’s team specializes in self-performance of concrete work in the industrial, municipal, and commercial sectors.

Chris Alberico

Chris Alberico

Project Manager

Chris Alberico began his construction career in 2006. While earning his Bachelor’s in Science in Construction Management from Western Illinois University, he began working as a union laborer during his summer breaks. After graduating in 2009, he continued to work in the field to gain on-the-job knowledge and skills that have helped him gain a Project Management / Estimator role with experience in utility, pipeline, and commercial sectors.
