Tom Lind
President

Mark Stadalsky
Vice President
Mark has been the Vice President of Lindblad Construction since 1989. He has more than 40 years of experience in project management, estimating, marketing and engineering. His skillsets have fostered company growth into new market areas in industrial & utility markets as well as sustained strong client relations for decades. Mark received a Bachelor’s in Architectural Building Construction Engineering Technology from Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Jill Zizzo
Secretary/Treasurer
Jill Zizzo joined the Lindblad team in February 2018. She brings more than 20 years of experience in construction accounting along with extensive knowledge of job costing, the percentage of completion method and financial reporting. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy in 1997 and was granted the “Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional” designation from the Construction Financial Management Association in 2007.

Scott Batty
Safety Manager
Scott Batty has worked for Lindblad Construction since 2013; Scott has been Lindblad Safety Manager since 2015. He has over 25 years of expertise in Environment, Health and Safety administration and implementation; program development; and training. Scott Batty received his Master’s Degree in Adult Education from Northern Illinois University.

Pete Valek
Project Manager
Pete Valek has more than 30 years of construction experience and has worked with Lindblad for over 20 years. He has worked as a skilled craftsman, Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator and Project Manager. Pete’s team specializes in self-performance of concrete work in the industrial, municipal, and commercial sectors.

Chris Alberico
Project Manager
Chris Alberico began his construction career in 2006. While earning his Bachelor’s in Science in Construction Management from Western Illinois University, he began working as a union laborer during his summer breaks. After graduating in 2009, he continued to work in the field to gain on-the-job knowledge and skills that have helped him gain a Project Management / Estimator role with experience in utility, pipeline, and commercial sectors.

Lee Bryan
Project Manager
Lee brings 35 years of construction experience as a Contract Maintenance Manager, Carpenter Foreman, General Foreman, Superintendent, Estimator, and Project Manager to the Lindblad team. He has worked with Lindblad for over 27 years. Lee’s team specializes in renovations; service agreements; general contracting; interior build-outs; metal studs & drywall; and heavy industrial construction. He attributes his success to his loyal clientele, great craftsmen, and owners’ support.

Steven Stadalsky
Equipment Manager
Steven began his career with Lindblad Construction by working as a shop-hand during his summer breaks as a teenager. He continued to work for the company while attending technical school before graduating in 2015. During this time, his interest in the construction industry grew. Steven is a union Operator Mechanic and Lindblad’s Equipment Manager. His expertise includes equipment purchases, sales, maintenance, and logistics within Lindblad’s fleet.
