Lindblad Construction is a General Contractor servicing Chicagoland and surrounding states. As an experienced GC, Lindblad considers subcontractors an extension of our company and hold our reliable subcontractors accountable. Lindblad performs regular site & quality audits as well as assists in training of subcontractors to ensure that everyone on a Lindblad job-site abide by the same core values.
General construction projects have been a large part of our business, utilizing both fixed-price and negotiated contract methods to suit the needs of our customers.
